I would really like to work on creating some passive income, could certainly use any side income. Do you have any tips for beginning an affiliate site? Possibly setting up an ebay store or something to that degree, and potential costs?

Naomi, I love what you and your husband are doing on this site. This is the way to go in our economy. The best way to go is to create your own economy. My business partner and I currently have one rental property, and hope to acquire more this year. Of course, it needs to be done carefully, but it will pay off in the long run!
